THE ORDER PROCESS

Choose your SIM and proceed to the checkout to set up your monthly subscription.
You will be asked to provide your contact information and delivery details along with some information regarding your new SIM Card.

You will then submit your card details for your initial payment of only £1. This will then be credited against your first monthly charge when you active your SIM card and your monthly subscription will then begin.
You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept all documents including The Calls Warehouse Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Full Price List.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email along with receipt of payment. This will be followed by a dispatch email once your SIM card has been shipped, within approximately 2 business days.
How To Activate Your SIM Card – Once the SIM card has been shipped, an activation email will be sent to. Upon receipt of your SIM card, simply click the activate button in this email to activate your SIM card. SIM card activation can take up to 72 working hours.
